Big 3-0

30 months old.


I blink and Mateo learns something new. I leave a toddler to go to Europe for two weeks and I come home to a big boy who calls me "silly mommy" :)

The speed of how you absorb and learn new things never fail to make me smile. I thank God for blessing my life with you :)

30 month :

Semi potty trained. :) yes too poop but long way to go to pee training.

Not yet weaned. But finally sleeps through the night without asking for milk. Most nights :)

Love telling stories and now makes "sumbong" :)

Likes talking to mommy over the phone :)

Loves kisses and hugs. No bites and tickles. Lol

No to lizards and cockroaches

Loves the jungle and the sea ;)

Says ola and ciao mommy :)

I can't keep up with you big boy teo :) mommy has to "level" up :)

Sanity

Internet speed in most parts of Europe was fast! :)

No buffering when opening videos in you tube. Was able to download stuff in minutes that would normally take hours here in Manila. Was a happy camper :)

Best of all... I was able to skype with mateo with no problems :) yahoo!



When will our Internet speed improve ?? Waiting in vain :)

Dear Mateo,

It has been said that a person will change most during his 1st year. :) Your first year was almost a blur which is why we are glad that we captured your smile on a daily basis for 365 days! Would you believe that your dad made sure that we captured your 1st year and insisted that we take DAILY pictures of you during your first year! :)

How did you spend your hearts day? :)

Mine felt like a week long food trip bonanza... :) After all the craziness, I just want to write down my thoughts about ... LOVE :)

Have I turned into mush? Highly unlikely :)

I just know that love is an amazing thing and there is so much for everyone :) I want to (again) thank my support system and my love ones for making life worthwhile :)




Errands, things to do etc do make me crazy every now and then. I have been a bit overwhelmed lately and I sometimes just need a breather.

Just when I am about to crash, I find myself watching my little boy sleeping so peacefully and he makes me feel all better again :) I am blessed.

I look out the window of Mateos room and see the garden and I feel so lucky living in such a peaceful and beautiful place.


I am surrounded with so much love and I just want to thank all of you for continuously being by Angels. Thank you for making me laugh and keeping me sane. Thank you for your unconditional love. Thank you for your hugs. Thank you for all the kind words and the not so kind ones that you need to say to make me better :) Thank you for all the love :)
